五、午餐及晚宴：註冊費已包含您個人19、20日的午餐、茶水點心以及19日的晚宴，請於註冊時選擇您的餐飲需求。若需要為您的親友加訂午餐便當（每個80元）及報名參加晚宴（每人酌收300元），請於註冊時一併填寫統計數量。（如：您以及您的一位小孩要參加晚宴，則晚宴的需求總數請您填2人，我們在結帳時會自動減去您個人的晚宴費用，向您收取300元）
5. Lunch and banquet dinner: The registration fee includes the following items: bento lunch and tea breaks for both Oct. 19th and 20th and your banquet dinner on Oct. 19th. If you'd like to purchase extra bento for your friends, or if there are people other than you would like to join the banquet, please place an order while online registration. Bento is 80TWD each, banquet dinner is 300TWD per person. (for example, if you and your child are both coming to the banquet, please place 2 orders, we'll automatically revise the fee, so that you'll be charged only for one person as your own banquet has already been covered)

 

六、交通：您可選擇自行駕車前往或搭乘台灣好行前往溪頭（詳情可參考《報名暨投稿須知》），或者搭乘由台灣昆蟲學會安排之接駁車（須於註冊報名時訂位）。費用為每人單程200元。
去程：10/19上8:20於台中高鐵站發車直達溪頭
回程：10/20下午4:40由溪頭發車，直達台中高鐵站，中途皆不停靠。
*為統計人數，敬請於線上註冊時一併登記

6. Transportations: You may drive there by yourself or take “The Taiwan Tourist Shuttle service” from Taichung city to Xitou (https://www.taiwantrip.com.tw/line/9), or you can take the shuttle bus we offer at Taichung Station of High Speed Railway, the fee for the shuttle bus is 200TWD per person each way. (Please check out appendix 1 for details).
TES shuttle bus:
- Outward: 8:20am, Oct. 19 pick up at High Speed Rail Taichung Station 
- Return: 4:40pm, Oct. 20 depart from Xitou for High Speed Rail Taichung Station.
*Advanced booking is required.

七、住宿：年會期間108年10月18日至10月20日提供溪頭園區住宿5~6折不等的優惠折扣，房價請參考溪頭官網(https://www.exfo.ntu.edu.tw/sitou/cht/11teaching/)，折扣為官網上標示定價的5~6折。請自行去電訂房，並告知您是參加台灣昆蟲學會年會即可享優惠折扣。

7. Accommodations: NTU Experimental Forest offers special discount for the participants coming to TES annual meeting. Please visit the official website of Xitou (https://www.exfo.ntu.edu.tw/sitou/cht/11teaching/), and book the room by yourself. By stating that you’re coming for the annual meeting while booking the rooms, you’ll get 40-50% off on the stay during Oct. 18th to 20th.

八、口頭報告或海報展示：請於9/15前完成摘要上傳。註冊、繳費完成後，摘要上傳功能才會開啟，若您使用超商繳費，入帳需2-3個工作天，請盡早完成繳費以利摘要上傳。（摘要格式及注意事項請參考《報名暨投稿須知》附件三的說明）
8. Oral presentation and poster presentation: the deadline for abstract submission is Sep. 15th, you're able to submit an abstract after you have paid. There'll be 2-3 days delay if you pay via convenience store. Please pay as soon as possible if you are expecting to submit an abstract. (for the abstract guidelines and rules, please refer to the announcement and the appendix 3.)

九、購買年會手冊：大會將於會議前提供免費檔案下載，如需購買紙本手冊，請於註冊時預購，每本200元。
9. Purchasing the hard copy of the proceedings: We’ll provide free PDF proceeding online. If you’d like to have a hard copy one, please pre-order while you’re registering online before Oct. 13th. The fee is 200TWD each.

十、重要提醒：如家眷不進入年會會場，僅有參與晚宴、加購便當、安排交通等需求，請由年會報名者（您本人）統計數量後，於註冊時一併提交需求數量。如同行者也要進入年會會場，則需自行註冊，並繳交年會費用。
10. Note: If your friends and family who’s not entering the annual meeting, but need to book the banquet, purchase bento or book the transportations etc., for those extra purchase, please add up the quantity including yours, and submit it when registering. If they will be entering the annual meeting as well, they shall register on their own behalf.
