中興大學昆蟲學系將於4月23日，邀請 王堂凱 科長（農業部動植物防疫檢疫署）演講，題目為「派駐WTO之食品安全與動植物防疫檢疫(SPS)委員會之經歷與談判經驗分享 Sharing experiences and negotiation insights from being assigned to the WTO Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Committee.」。
